Get two cutters, you and a friend. Have both of you engineer a huge beam laser with efficent mod and regen sequence. Everything else is long range pulse laser turrets (btw took this from a Rinzler o7o7o7 video). Sit in a conflict zone. Kill everything. Grab a couple collection limpets and farm those materials and combat bonds.
