Compare size 8 guardian PD above to a fully engineered Charge Enhanced: WEP 74.2/10.3, ENG 49.4/6.9, SYS 49.4/6.9, integrity 165, power draw 0.96 MW. All engineered stats are better, with capacitor size being MUCH better than the guardian one (37% better for ENG and SYS, 48% for WEP).

Goes to further show that Guardian modules are for players who have not/choose not to unlock and perform engineering. A different grind path I suppose you could call it.
