Yeah, but you don't pay your lawyer the full amount all the time. You pay them more when you use/need them in a case. Pilots in Elite get the same for being inactive as for getting out there in lots of close calls. And that dosen't make sense...

If they got half the full amount for being inactive I'd understand it...
