It's a metal similar to platinum. Used in-game for lvl5 amour mods and premium AFM refills. Game description: Ruthenium, Ru, atomic number 44. Melting point 2607K. Ruthenium is used for making platinum and palladium alloys. It's also used as a catalyst for some chemical processes
