Go to eddb.io and go to the "stations" tab.  Search for "Bi-Weave Shield Generator" in the "Station Sells Module" search bar and select what size you are looking for in the drop down menu.  Enter your current system in the "Reference System" search bar.  Select your system from the drop down menu.  Select "Find Stations," and it will present you with a list of all systems with the Bi-Weave Shield Generator sorted from closest to farthest.

Warning: The module presence is not guaranteed. Stations sometimes go out of stock for some modules.
