Transfers should be handled same as a Bank ATM would, any Ship or module Stored should act like

a Credit of that Item, no need to transport form one place to another, only use the Items "Credit = One Each"

toward the same Item where you are located. This would become more of a Swap than a transfer.

So just like a atm gives Instant cash from your account, the system would give you instant credit toward

the Item you need.
