I don't think pulsars are that rare, definetly not enough to be classified as "Legendary". Encountered quite a bunch of them on my road to Sagittarius A* & on the way back, and got to leave my CMDR name on most of them. In comparison, I only got to see 2 Herbig stars & 2 Wolf-Rayet stars.
