So, I went to the Cheranovsky City in Ngurii because that's where this site told me I could find it.  I spent 51,051 total on 3 of them for Elvira Martuk.  On my route to Khun I had to stop for fuel which happened to be near the Xuangu system so, I diverted there and stopped at Schroter Terminal and, low and behold, Soontil Relics are available there too... FOR 4,103!!!  DOH!!!!

Here's the thing...

The same commodities market will buy them back for 5,460...?

As they say... Exploit oversight.
