Nah. Torps require cargo slots to store, they aren't ammo in the sense that missiles and mines are but rather "ammo" in the sense that limpets are. I agree though, it would be [i]nice[/i] to manufacture your own torps, but also balance breaking. They're expensive for a reason.

Now, limpets on the other hand? As a miner I'd love to be able to 3D print my own limpets or something, with all the excess materials I have. Especially considering limpets are only 101Cr a piece, it's just the little Jimmies keep smacking into roids. -.-;
