I'm thinking this may be a bug that needs to be reported to Frontier. This new text makes no sense on this ship but seems like it would be a note on the fitting of fighter hangars, which would mean it was intended for the Imperial Cutter, and not the Imperial Clipper. Probably some dev goofed up
