I would recomend a build like this. The military armour hurts the jumprange a little but is nice to have if your shields go down. You could always go without it though and get a little more jumprange.  My first recomended upgrade would be fsd which would give you somewhere in the low 20's jumprange (with a grade 5 probably 23 ish). Once you have the money I would recomend getting a regular 7a shield generator unless you find you like the regen of the bi-weave. Hope this helps
