Hello CMDR

If you mean the multicrew function you must have the proper ship class and modules to support more crew. Like having a fighter bay module equipped will give you the option to hire a crew member from the lounges in stations/bases/etc... Then either a crew member or yourself can pilot the fighter ship. (Based on CQC ship play) Then if you are out in the fighter they will stay behind and pilot the main ship or viseversa. They are voice acted and will perish if they are destroyed. (no respawn) Based on the crew npc lvl they will also take a % of earnings. So having three high lvl crew npcs could easily be about half your earnings divided down. Good luck and stay safe!
