once you're i there you should be good no? im always bugged as im entering the rings, then its the police scanning me more than anything. I tend to find the lightest rings are the better spots in the metallic rings as there's a higher density of asteroids, I find a point i can sit and map out a grid in my head and when i find something nice, say platinum or painite in high quantities i fire the prospector at the next one in my grid so i know where i was, then i either mine the one i parked next to or carry on till i find or clear the others, then harvest and move past your grid, you get much better returns than just doing lines towards tha planet
