Me too. But what do you mean federation rules, the empire seems more powerful and more rich, just look at the quality of imperial ships, lets face it, most people aspire to get themselves some gutamaya ships and enjoy the game. You cant truely be happy when you've got some federation ship(or you just havent done any research on imerial ones).
