You recieve all the benefits from lower ranks with the exception of your weekly paycheck (you get the pay check at your current ranking, not your current ranking plus the lower rankings), the exception of nomination votes (you get only the number of votes your rank says you do, not your current rank plus all lower ranks), and with the exception of an % bonuses that say they change with your ranking (you get the % your rank says you do, not your rank plus all the others) and the exception of powr commodity allocation per half hour (it follows the same logic as the above exceptions, hopefully it is apparent that all the exceptions follow the same rules).

Example of the basics:  If you are rank 4 you will get (A) a 5 million CR weekly pay check, (B) 10 system nominations, (C)  25 power commodities per half hour. You will not get (A) a 5 million CR + 5 hundred thosand CR + 50k CR + 1000 CR weekly paycheck, (B) 10 + 5 + 2 + 0 system nominations, (C) 25 + 20 + 15 + 10 power commodities per half hour.

Bounty payout will simillarly not stack with previous ranks.  However, rank related bounty payouts should stack with system control/exploitation bounty payout bonus in some way
