I Honestly do not get what people are talking about when it comes to the Sidewinder being a 'Terrible Ship.' You folks need to learn something called Pacing. The Sidewinder is a ship best suited for those of you who enjoy the simple things in life. a Small jump range for sightseeing. two Hardpoints for Scaring off Noobish pirates. two utility points for Shield boosters. and plenty of Internals for Hull Reinforcements. my Sidewinder could probably lay in a Neutron Star's gravity field while I make a Sandwhich. and be on 75% Hull when I come back. And of the Three Starter Ships most people think of, that is Eagle and Cobra. the Sidewinder has the greatest advantage; Being completely underestimated in a Fight. catching people off guard with a Sleeperwinder, Surprisewinder, or a Derpwinder. is one of the greatest feelings you can have.
