The issue you are mentioning is not as simple as you claim it is.  The people who were banned were told to stop making the changes they were making without discussing the reasoning for it.  They continued making these changes after being warned by the admin Spytec to stop or be banned.  The anon wiki contributor ignored the warning and tried to disguise what they were doing and was temp banned.  Possibly the same anon wiki user using a different ip address continued to make the exact same changes and again attempted to hide what they were doing.  This second ip address was temp banned.  Then the temp ban on the first ip address expired, and the anon wiki user immediately went back to doing the same thing.  Normally, the changing of the order of the wording would not be an issue except that there have been calls by an admin to first discuss the reasons for ANY change, and there have been stated warnings to this effect.  These warnings have not been listened to and as such to prevent anyone from being taken by suprise that failing to abide by the intial warnings a second warning detailing the consequenses of ignoring the first warnings was added.  I invite people to have an open discussion that involves reasoned arguments to resolve this issue, but consider those who will not take the time to engage in a reasoned polite discussion but take the time to repeatedly disregard warnings from admins and non-anonomyous users as to have vandalized the page.

For reference in regards to the admin plea for discussion:

"Please give us some references or good points, discussion is needed about the topic, not edit wars. Furthering the edits will result in a short temp ban, so lets get a discussion going and get a consensus" -- SpyTec wiki admin
