Talk:Cobra Mk III/@comment-156.3.54.203-20150504152140/@comment-28774381-20160619033945

The Cobra is a ship that can litrally fill anyrole fantastically, it's stupidly adaptable. So yes, the Cobra MkIII is a good explorer, more than that it's a fantastic explorer. Just don't try to make a Cobra fill too many roles at once, as it'll become more worthless as you try to make it do more things. It can fill about a maximum of two roles, which have to be compatible with eachother like combat and anything else, but anymore than that is pushing it too far.
