Personal opinion incoming:

I agree with some of what DNYI said. Lower your life support to D. If you need money yuo can drop your bulkheads (should also help slightly with manueverability too). A pure miner wouldn't need military grade because fighting = running away. I'd drop the limpets to the class 2 spots. Slight increase in cargo capacity and only having one limpet collect won't be that much of a hassle. For the cargo that a mining specced AspE can hold, strip mining won't be very good to you financially.
