I've had no problem with coming out of hyperspace into supercruse next to the Great Annihilator. Like all the other Black hole and Nutron star.  I come out of hyperspace  and slow to 30km/s at 0.5Ls. And I don't get damage.  And if you want to get up close like 714km jusk keep below 1000km/s in supercruse. And you just drop out with out any damage when you reach the boundry.   

Sagittarius A, you well take heat damage if you get closer than 0.45Ls.
