1. cutter cant have maxed out shields with combat loadout so yea, those shields only exists in paper(corvette can)

2. corvette manouvers alot better(one of the most important thing in combat)

3. corvette has better power distributor

4. those 2 huge slots are specially good againts big targets(cutter)

5. corvettes modules are well protected by armor, you cant just blast plant away and hull remaining +90(like in conda)

in short, corvette is better for combat and cutter is multipurpose
