Does anyone have a rational explanation to why these are considered illegal and must be sold at black market instead of just delivering them to a station? Is the default expectation of one having these in their hold to be a kidnapper or something? I would like it if saving these would earn you reputation and maybe some credits with the faction the occupant belongs to.
