Based on the fact that it will be larger than an Anaconda, I'd say the design will differ from the previous imperial ships significantly, since the medium sized Clipper is already the broadest ship by far. So if they want the Cutter to fit through the mail-slot, they will probably have to change, or get rid of, the "wings".

But that's enough speculation. We'll know all the details very soon.
