Like everybody sais that the Python costs just 10,000,000 cr more.

Yes, a stock Python. A good fitet one costs around 200,000,000 - 230,000,000 cr. A good Gunship costs around 130,000,000 cr which is 100,000,000 cr less. 

Yes it has not the best shields, but they are close to the Clippers shields. And if you use it right, you can get much more firepower with the Gunship then you can get with the Clipper. They both are in the same price category, the difference is, that the Gunship is more like combat orientated and the Clipper is Multipurpose. If you want a pure fighter, you can go with the Gunship, but for everything else you need either a Clipper or a Python.

And Iam sorry, but the Gunship is not realy good for Pirats. Use the Clipper, its like they made the Clipper for Pirating.
