Never really listen to the in game description of manueverability. It has proven just how inaccurate it is time and time again. A great example is the Anaconda. It has "2" manueverability and yet it can track a target better than most lighter ships. I wish they gave us hard numerical values instead of an estimation on some weird numbers that are incredibly innacurate.
