Talk:Standard Docking Computer/@comment-96.2.37.60-20150917183817

The only problems I ever had with the Auto-Docking Computer were at Outposts, and only one pretty rare occasions. At Outposts, the SDC has this weird urge to nose dive into the pad, and then pull up at the last second and complete the dock. At least once or twice, it didn't pull up in time, and it bounced a bit off from the pad causing a pretty nice number on my shields. Other than those special moments, the SDC has been amazing for me. Have had zero issues at stations, and the process is actually pretty quick, once your ship is in the station.

I can dock manually myself, and have no problem doing so. But let's be honest here. Who doesn't want to listen to Blue Danube while docking?
