Remember you can purchase away the cooldown time, you don't have to wait the half hour, and with the 50M reward for the step you're talking about, it's worth it. Consider: Each purchase costs 100k Credits.

20/10000

500 trades of 10. Which is 50 trades of 100

If you have 100 tons of cargo and you max it out each trip you're spending 900,000 credits per trade.

(Harsh, but easily done for a trader player. Also trader players usually have larger cargo holds and can put actually profitable cargo in the extra slots)

50 trades is 25 hours per week; easily done.

With 50 trades you're looking at 45,000,000 in expenses (excluding any other trading profit from the trips), with a healthy profit of 5m.

Also; the carryover from previous weeks adds to the profit.
