I can't figure out the ranking system at all.  Theres so many people reporting so many varying ranks at varying kills that it seems to make no sense.

Personally, I've been bounting hunting at RES points only, killing anything and everything with a bounty.  I'm Master, with 3863 kills.  I'm sure someone above said they were dangerous at 2200 kills.  Wether or not it counts rank of the target I don't know, but I think I'd rather have nearly 4k kills at master, than ignore 7/10 targets because they weren't ranked dangerous or above.  I think it's probably faster overall to kill everything, than wait for the juicy targets.
