Not usefull, a player can just turn off the power to the cargo hatch and be IMMUNE. There is no negetive to turning off your cargo hatch, you dont lose any cargo as the cargo door is mechanicly locked. the only reason to power the cargo hatch is to scoop cargo, which you woudent do wiel being pirated anyway. you get ambushed and they shot a limpet onto you, wiel scooping? oh no! ooh wait, just turn off the cargo power, the limpet is now HARD COUNTERED.
