Hello SpyTec, sorry for the delay in response.  RL intrudes sometimes.

No, Report Crimes is on and I always check that when this happens.  It is very strange.  I spent time at two R.E.S. last night (12:00am EST) trying to ram two seperate pairs of "Clean" attackers in their sidewinders with my Asp.  Didn't want the fire/kil penalty.  lol.

Also checked, the Security Service ships are from a friendly faction, not the attackers faction.  Note: This has happened from the start with this game.  Is not system specific.

Thank you for the help.
