So if a sized 3 turreted beam laser does 5 dps, and a size 2 does 4, but the size 3 has over double the thermal load and is constantly overheating, in theory wouldn't the size 2 do more damage overall? And does a size 3 turreted really cost almost 20 Million when the size 3 gimballed does more damage and only costs 2.4 million?
