Command Capital

Command Capital (CC) will be able to be used by the different powers within the universe. The more CC a Power has, the more things they can do within theirs and surrounding systems, whether it be provide propaganda to a station or fortify a system to avoid it being taken over by another Power.

After each Powerplay cycle each Power will be able to spend the CC to expand their power.
