The cost of repairs on your ship is 5% of the total cost of your ship.  So any part adds 5% of it's cost to the rebuy cost of your ship.  So on the sidewinder it would add 4016 credits.  But on the anaconda it would add 6,613,625 credits to the rebuy cost.
