In one word: disappointing

Pros:

very strong shields

huge weapon hardpoint in a medium ship

high top speed

rather small costs for equipment compared to the buying price due to low class components

Cons:

slow turning speed ("brick" feature)

inefficient gun layout (very limited firing arcs)

decentered pilot seat

braces of the copula often interfere with your targeting/optimal firing position when target is moving

power problems, you have to sacrafice A-components to fill the Hugeslot with something usefull or you have to downgrade to class 3

The pilotseat is not centered which I consider a major flaw, irrespective of having enough space in the cockpit to do so. Looking from the pilot seat feels weird like driving a recently crashed accident car due to the asymetrical perspektive. You regularly feel misplaced in the ship as you think you're comanding it from the rearseat or sidelines whatever and therefore the desire emerges to center the pilot seat.

With no large hardpoint you have less range so you need to get closer to your target meaning you have to rely more on turning speed which this ship does not have although often mentioned. (I completely disagree).

Due to the inefficient gun layout (very limited firing arcs of left + right hardpoints and the huge hardpoint at lower side very close to th hull) you have to keep your target just above the edge of your armature in order to fire with all weapons. In combination with the rather slow turning speed, the weird piloting perspektive and the rather disturbing braces of the copula (they prevent you from seeing the target regularly) this turns out to be very very annoying and inefficent in combat.

This ship cant fulfill its role as a combat ship AND it is very expensive. The strong shield does not compensate that. I wonder if they have given a damn thought about its combat abilities. All the above mentioned designflaws culminate in a synergyeffect and result in frustration as the Vulture can do that better in the most aspects and is very much less costly.
