LTT 1509 - Payne-Scott Enterprise sells them.

It's an empire station under a dictatorship, not too far from Tanmark and Kappa Fornacis.

My tip to finding stations for Combat Stabilisers is to look for any system in Anachy or Dictatoship, does not need to be independent and that is also high tech, even as a secondary economy type. So don't filter down to high tech systems only, use the government type filter instead and specifically look for systems that have high tech stations(by using system view) and are under Anachy/Dictatorship governship.
