Can't answer that directly but I've been trading in Type-7 recently and was using 2A Power Plant in my class 4 slot and reaching 130% heat after 3 boosts in a row and FSD charge after leaving the station. I switched to 4A and pretty much saw no difference. Still overheats just as easily.
