So is it just me or is there a huge gap in npc's who are ranked above master... I once took out a master ranked anaconda npc without much trouble with my viper, but then I attempted to go after an elite ranked anaconda npc and I couldn't even break his shields before my hull dropped to 60%... and that's after using like 5 shield cell banks...
