Can anyone expain to an austrian nobe why it is sometimes so easy to interdict someone and sometimes i can be at point blank , keep my target cross on target but i didnt even have any changse to keep the blue collum from disapearing......

So frustrating cause i have the best equipment you can buy on my viper ...Is there a trick i did not know ?
