I don't enjoy telling people where to find outfitting components, as I'm fairly certain the contents of any station's outfitting change every hour.. All I can suggest is fly around to systems that have stations with outfitting areas. You'll eventually find one with docking computers (I've come across a few myself, away from the computer so I can't suggest names).
