If someone could add a new location to purchase list for the ASP. I just found it for sale at NLTT 36689 (Francisco De Eliza Enterprise). It's a Corilis Starport. It sells for 6,661,153 credits. By the way it's FED space. This station has 13 ships for sale. The only thing I couldn't find was the Clipper, but it had the rest of them at what apparently is the same prices as is listed on the WIKI. Just a new unknown location for them all.
