Theo Arcosta
My name is Theo Arcosta and I'll be running your Pilots Federation evaluation. Most pilots assigned to me earn their license, so as long as you follow my instructions, you'll be a Commander in no time.
— CMDR Theo Arcosta
CMDR Theo Arcosta is a spaceflight instructor in the employ of the Pilots Federation. He is one of several instructors in the Pilots' Federation District who teach applicants seeking a pilot's license how to control their first ship, and his trainees have a high success rate. Arcosta has an Imperial-sounding accent, but in truth he hails from an Independent system.[1]
Notes
- Theo Arcosta appears in the "Starter Experience" Training Missions added in the September Update for players who to choose to start their pilot careers in the Pilots' Federation District.
