High Yield Shell

High Yield Shell is an Experimental Effect that can be applied to Cannons through Engineering. It is specialized for damaging internal modules, dramatically reducing damage(-35%) and fire rate(-10%) in exchange for changing the damage type to explosive, and allowing hits to damage multiple internal modules at once.
