The Mandalay is an upcoming medium, explorer ship by Zorgon Peterson.

The developers said it "give the Anaconda a run for it's money" in terms of jump range. It is optimized for SCO and will be as-stable or more than the Type-8.

The boarding ramp is under the cockpit which makes it easier to line up the landing for exobiological scanning.

The early access release date is October 2024.

It's named after the Mandalay spitting cobra.
