Mining Volley Repeater
The Mining Volley Repeater is a hardpoint module used in mining. It is a new laser mining tool that is capable of extracting more fragments from asteroids with a chance to extract higher density chunks.[1] It works like combination of a Mining Laser and an Abrasion Blaster, designed to scrape resource fragments from, and remove Surface Deposits off of, the surfaces of asteroids, allowing them to be collected using the Cargo Scoop or Collector Limpets.[2] A Refinery is required to process the fragments and cargo space is required to store the material in Commodity form.
This module is exclusive to the Type-11 Prospector ship.[2]

Notes
- The Mining Volley Repeater was introduced in v4.2.1.0 with the release of the Type-11 Prospector ship on 29 September 2025.[1]
- The Mining Volley Repeater seems to include a flat boost to minerals. Higher percentage rocks give more moderate boosts, but lower percentage rocks can have their tonnage per rock as much as doubled.
