Nomad

The Nomad is an upcoming, small utility SLV produced by Faulcon DeLacy. This is the first Ship-Launched Vessel (SLV) and the first flyable vessel with an interior. Early access for ARX begins on 30th June 2026.

Overview

The compact design and skids enable it to land easily on rough terrain near places for exobiology. The main ship stays in orbit while you collect samples of alien species.

The Nomad doesn't have an FSD. It cannot transport other players. It cannot dock at a starport or outpost.

Nomad purchased via an early access ARX bundle has infinite redeploys. If bought for credits it will have a limited number of redeploys before requiring to be restocked at a market.

Notes

• This is the first flyable vessel with a ship interior. You can seamlessly walk between the exterior and interior when landed.
• The main ship can be dismissed via the in-game menu so the nomad is untethered.
• You can launch the ship in orbit of a planet, but traveling to the surface takes a long time.
