Xibalba

Xibalba is galactic region #37 in the Milky Way. It is bordered by Kepler's Crest, Achilles's Altar, Lyra's Song, and Tenebrae. A vast majority of the region is devoid of stars, with only the tip of the outer arm protruding into it.

There is also an area within the region, nicknamed the Xibalba Cluster that is inaccessible by any ship with a jump range of less than 1,500 light years.
