The Dweller

The Dweller is a mysterious contact in the Aganippe underworld. No-one knows his background, and he and his small group of mysterious like-minded individuals closely guard his identity, and that of their best customers. He is renowned for custom modifications for local criminal elements. He is known to help outsides who have the right contacts and operates an extensive workshop facility. They are also said to grow their own variant of Onionhead for private consumption. Rumour has it they did a deal with Georgio Algeria or one of his entourage to help them in their fight against the Federation. Develop you relationship with him to discover another engineer.

The Dweller is an engineer who specialises in thermal weapons and Power Distributors. You can use his skills to modify your ship's modules beyond their standard levels.

His allegiance is independent and his base is Black Hide, located in the Wyrd system.

Access Requirements

Before you can take advantage of The Dweller's services, several requirements must first be met:

Discovery

There are no special requirements to learning about The Dweller - his whereabouts are public knowledge.

Meeting Requirements

Sell goods to at least 5 different black markets. You will then be invited to meet The Dweller.

Unlock Requirements

Pay 500,000 credits to gain access to his services.

Reputation Gain

Craft modules to increase your reputation with him (up to grade 5 access). Alternatively, sell commodities to Black Hide.
