This image is a screenshot of a copyrighted web page, and the copyright for it is most likely held by the owner of the website. It may also contain trademarked logos, which are likely not affiliated with Wikipedia. It is believed that the use of a limited number of such screenshots
- for identification and critical commentary relating to the website in question
- on this independent wiki, subject to its image-use policy and applicable law,
To the uploader:
- Please add a detailed non-free use rationale for each article the image is used in, which must also declare compliance with the other parts of the non-free content criteria, as well as the source of the work and copyright information.
- For example non-free use rationales, see Use rationale examples.
- This tag is not appropriate for images and media found on websites; it should be used for screenshots of websites only. In other words, it should only be used when the subject of the image, not the source of the image, is a website.
- Template:Website screenshot rationale may be helpful for stating the rationale.

Usage
Use this template to tag screenshots of copyrighted web pages.
Syntax:

This template has one optional parameter:

| image has rationale | If it is set to yes, the text at the bottom of the template requesting that the uploader provide a non-free use rationale or not to use this template for media found on a web page is removed. |
