Template:Non-free product cover
This image is of a branded product cover, and the copyright for it is most likely held by either the company responsible for marketing the product in question or the manufacturer which produced either the cover or product itself. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of branded product covers
- To illustrate the product or brand in question,
- Where no free equivalent is available or could be created that would adequately give the same information,
- on this independent wiki, subject to its image-use policy and applicable law,
qualifies as fair use under the copyright law of the United States. Any other uses of this image, on this wiki or elsewhere, may be copyright infringement. See Non-free content for more information.
To the uploader:
- Please add a detailed non-free use rationale for each article the image is used in, which must also declare compliance with the other parts of the non-free content criteria, as well as the source of the work and copyright information.
- For example non-free use rationales, see Use rationale examples.
- This tag should only be used for product cover images. Do not use it for other purposes.
- Template:Cover rationale may be helpful for stating the rationale.
