I have FINALLY been promoted to Exobiology Elite 4. My exobiology credit total was 26,312,282,100 which is well past the requirement to go from Elite 3 to Elite 4, according to the chart on the Exobiology WikiFandom page. I turned some research credits in to Vista Genomics and went to 26,428,598,600. I immediately received notification of promotion to Elite 4. This mean to promotion point to Elite 4 from Elite 3 is in a range of 116,316,500 GC's(Galactic Credits) above 26,312,282,100 GC's.
